The Victim Impact Panel is sponsored by the Probation Department’s DWI Enforcement Unit and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in conjunction with the Office of Drug Abuse Prevention and STOP-DWI. A presentation is given by probation officers and is usually preceded or followed by a victim who talks about the tragic events that led to the loss of their loved one.

In-Person Impact Panel meetings will be held on a bi-monthly basis.

All panels are held at the Westchester County Courthouse located at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, White Plains, NY. Must pay in advance at the govpaynow website or call 1(888) 604-7888.
