We understand there is an abundance of concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our thoughts are with everyone who are personally affected. As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of this pandemic, MADD would like to reassure you that the well-being and safety of all Victim Impact Panel (VIP) participants, staff and volunteers are our top priority.

With everyone’s safety in mind, the Online Victim Impact Panel class is an option as a temporary solution to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic in Maryland as next available classes have been postponed. Please note, the online option will be available until the State of Maryland enters phase 3 of the Maryland Strong Roadmap to Recovery and we can again hold our in-person Victim Impact Panels.
