Note: The online VIP is not offered for “Repeat Offenders”.

If the “Repeat Offender” Class is needed the class is not offered online only if it is your “First Offense”.

MADD does NOT guarantee that all courts will accept online, and we do NOT issue refunds where they are not accepted.

Additional Information: Arrive early. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED. Pre-registration is required. Do not contact the location with questions, please contact MADD at VIPsupport@madd.org with any questions.

Parking Information: Must pay $5 at the digital meter located in the parking lot. Please account for the time it will take to find and pay for parking.

MADD Online Victim Impact Panel class is available and can be taken at your convenience, in English or in Spanish for a fee of $75 at https://online.maddvip.org/.

You must notify us in writing at vipsupport@madd.org BEFORE your scheduled class, if you cannot attend the in-person class for which you have registered. You may request that we reschedule your registration to another in-person class or apply your pre-paid fees to the Online VIP class instead ($15 reschedule fee). If you do NOT notify us in writing PRIOR to your class, you will be considered a no-show and your registration will be cancelled.
