Additional Information: Please arrive at the Allen County Public Library 30 minutes before scheduled panel time (10:00am) with a photo ID. No late arrivals! Do not call the location, call MADD. MADD highly encourages people to pre-register for a panel due to limited seats. However, we may allow walk-ins if there is room.

Park your vehicle in the parking garage or parking lot.
Take note of or take a picture of your license plate number.
3 FREE hours of parking.

Enter the library and SCAN the posted QR CODE at the information desk and provide the following information:

4. Phone Number (Optional)

VIP Class will be held in Meeting Room C.
Restrooms are accross from the information desk. Vending machines will be to the right when you enter the library.
