You must notify us in writing at [email protected] BEFORE your scheduled class, if you cannot attend the in-person class for which you have registered. You may request that we reschedule your registration to another in-person class or apply your pre-paid fees to the Online VIP class instead ($25 reschedule fee). If you do NOT notify us in writing PRIOR to your class, you will be considered a no-show and your registration will be cancelled.
