Course Features:

Victim Impact Panel is held at the Lisle Police Department (5040 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle, IL 60532).

Arrival & Late Admission: Arrive by 5:30 PM to allow time for parking and to ensure you are ready for check-in when doors open. On-site registration and check-in begin at 6:00 PM; please wait outside the doors or in your vehicle until entry begins. Doors will close promptly at 6:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be permitted, and registration fees are non-refundable. •

MADD-led educational presentation on the consequences and impact of impaired driving.

Features survivors and victims’ family members sharing their personal stories and experiences.

Physical “Certificate of Completion” will be provided upon successful completion. Participants dismissed for any reason must register for and complete another panel to receive a certificate. No refunds will be issued.

Course Duration: 1.5-2 hour

ONLINE or ON-SITE CREDIT/DEBIT REGISTRATION: $55.00 (+$3.00 service charge)

ONLINE or ON- SITE MONEY ORDER REGISTRATION FEE (cash NOT accepted): $55.00

Sold Out Events: If registration is closed or the event is sold out, you may arrive to be added to a waiting list. Admission is not guaranteed and depends on available space due to cancellations or no-shows.

Check-In Requirements: A valid photo ID and MADD confirmation email are required for check-in.

Do NOT Contact the Venue: Do not contact the venue directly regarding the Victim Impact Panel. The venue is NOT affiliated with MADD and cannot assist with registration or panel-related questions. Please contact your local MADD office for assistance.

Registration Quantity: Enter QUANTITY one (1) below to complete your registration.

GUEST FEE $25.00: Individuals who are not court-ordered offenders and are 21 years of age or older may attend; however, a certificate of completion will not be issued.

RESCHEDULE FEE $25.00: Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the panel start time to avoid forfeiting your registration fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours requires payment of a new registration fee.

DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE FEE: $10.00

REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE FEE: $25.00

Additional Details: Please monitor your email prior to the panel for important updates and reminders. Reminder emails will be sent seven (7) days before the panel and again one day prior to the event. Panel dates are subject to change and may be canceled if necessary. Any schedule changes or cancellations will be communicated via email.
